bathroom cleared already - new fittings bath, shower mixer, screen, etc all on site (packaged). Resite existing pipework to suit position of the new kit. All to be tiled floor and walls but this can be a separate contract tiler.
the service is excellent and the job completed in a reasonable time with problems solved and the finished refit as we wanted, perhaps better because all we had was a design idea. The idea was turned to reality and issues like a faulty illuminated mirror (3rd party supplier) were overcome by an extra visit after the main job to replace the faulty item. Unforeseen issues were dealt with cheerfully and with extra effort which was absorbed as part of the project. The work over a number of days was agreed in advance and the clean and tidy work methods were appreciated when the work was adjacent to recently refurbished rooms. We are very pleased with the finished bathroom and already recommended Neil and Joss to others.
