"The guys arrived bright and early as promised - they repaired the broken tiles under the toilet and the toilet itself is once more secured to the floor. The thing that impresses me most, is the fact that they have managed to trace the mould problem in the bathroom, to problems with the roof and guttering - both of which they have remedied. If as a result we can now have a clean and healthy bathroom after all these years, we will be forever in their debt. They certainly provide value for money. Oh yes - they hoovered up aswell!
