I am looking to remove the bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower, fitting into the same footprint as the removed bathtub: Jobs required to be completed. installation of electric shower unit, shower tray, Glass shower screen, removal of old tiles and new tiles put up, wall plastering, fitting of water proof electric lights. Fitting of new basin and wall mounted cupboard. Installation of under floor heating and fitting of thermostat and associated fused spur wall socket/s, tiling of floor as well as creation of stud wall to hide shower piping. moving internal bathroom cord light switch and changing to modern wall switch outside bathroom. All hardware already purchased. Looking to have job completed by latest October 2012. thanks. Sam.
Right from the start, Joe was able to put me at ease. He understood my vision for my old tired bathroom. Joe was able to point things out to me and make suggestions as the job progressed. The vast majority of his suggestions were timely and on point. During the build Joe faced many challenges outside his immediate control, but was able to overcome them and complete the build a little over schedule. Bathroom is designed in wet room style, water is now getting underneath tiles and grouting is compromised. Tiles appear flexible and root of problem may be floor former that has been incorrectly fitted - not certain! Needs a review and quote to fix the problem.
Jim has done a professional job lifting, repairing and retiling my bathroom/wetroom floor. His honest appraisal of the problem was appreciated, his work is of a high standard, his reliability is excellent. I would recommend JND Developments to others for bathroom tiling and expert advice. Greg and Ricky were really nice. Very friendly, made helpful suggestions, were very professional and trustworthy. I gave them the key and they just got on with it They were on time, kept me informed of progress and cleared up at the end of each day. It has taken them just eight days to completely transform my bathroom. It has been finished to a high quality standard and I am really thrilled with it. The price was very reasonable as well so what more could I ask. They also tiled my kitchen for me at the same time! I would thoroughly reccommend them to anyone and will be asking them back to do some wooden flooring. Thanks a lot boys!
