Updated : why should i have to increase the job budget. is the budget of £4000 not a big enough carrot. i thought this was for qaulity tradesmen. not people waiting for the highest bid Original : new shower cubicle. plus sink and cupboard storage.updating walls and floor
Not happy at all with freecall property too many errorrs made. Not worth the Stress my wife and i suffered. previously we had a one man band he did the job in half the time it took freecall propertyto do similar.Get a local lad that you know and Trust

Replacement of existing sink, toilet and bath with new modular bathroom suite plus replacement of existing towel radiator with new one and replacement of an additional towel radiator in family bathroom. Please call me after 6pm
initially unreliable - work not initially done to satisfactory standard lots of rework required - including leaks, toilet not working, shower was unuasable and floor grout breaking up. Came back but solution to a replacement radiator not done to anything like satisfactory standard. Asked to repair but said on sick and could not suggest anyone to replace him. Now only few months later have a leak from bath that has come through ceiling and having to get someone in to repair. Really would not recommend.

This is a small bathroom in a 2 bed old terrace house. We require replacement sink (hopefully set in a cupboard), toilet with the pipes hidden and a bath with a shower over it. We want the shower replacing with something with a bit more power, and glass type panels at the shower end. It will need new wall tiles behind the sink and bath and toilet at the window end, the rest can stay wallpapered and we will do the the decorations and floor. We need some idea of what the labour will cost if we obtain the suite, shower and tiles etc. how long it will take, and how soon it could be completed.

Updated : Most of the materials have been purchased so it would be labour only. I need an extractor fan fitting, the room would need tanking, tray and all the plumbing for the wet room and flooring replaced. Existing sink replaced and glass bricks above the door and part way up the window. Also a deflector panel needs to be fitted, a small amount of plastering, one underfloor heating mat and the lot tiling. The room measures approx 3m x1m x2.5m Original : turning my very small bathroom into a wet room
