"We had a bathroom refit last October. First of all it took about 5 weeks to complete. On completion the tiles were left filthy, and there were gaps in the grouting and sealant. The bathroom floor was not levelled out so the grouting is breaking up and there are gaps everywhere. We called Mr Dawes back to fix these issues but were left waiting for weeks and when he did finally show up he did not address any of our queries. For example, there was a gap in some grouting and instead of filling this with more grout some white sealant was stuck in!
Also after about 2 months water started to come through the lounge ceiling when we showered or drained the bath. We were told it was fixed but when we had to call out an emergency plumber when we couldn't reach Mr Dawes by telephone he discovered that the wastepipe had been cut too short and instead of replacing it, bath sealant and a TOWEL were placed underneath the soak up any excess water.
I would not recommend Plumbing and DIY Services unless you want a sloppy and slow service."

"Excellent job. These guys were professional, polite and trustworthy. Just left them to it when we were out at work. They did a complete bathroom refurb and we came in on budget. The bathroom looks great and the finish is excellent. Will definitely recommend them to others.
