We just asked for a quote and Tom came back to us very quickly and made changes to our requirements without hesitation. We used someone else in the end as we just required a plumber to do the work, so unable to rate value and quality. I would rate highly on reliability though.

He gave us clear progress reports and made sure we were involved in all the decision making, along with excellent attention to detail and tidiness (every night he'd vacuum and tidy up) - the re-fit did not intrude in our lives at all. Replace existing suites (all plumbing/pipes as is) remove all existing tiles (main bathroom floor to ceiling tiles with a laminate floor currently) and replace with new wall and ceiling tiles. replace radiators with towel rails. Both suites and tiles provided
I was extremely happy with the end result and would certainly use them again
