Modernise a small toilet (2m deep x .8m wide approx) and shower room (2m deep x 1.5m wide approx). Mainly re-tile walls and floors, fit new toilet, shower cubicle, power shower sink/unit, and fit expelair fan.
Alex Fritchley carried out all the work required to a standard 'SECOND TO NONE' his professionalism, attitude and standard of workmanship were of the very 'HIGHEST' of standard. Alex was totally trustworthy and a very modest yet dedicated person. We bought our property and the bathroom and toilet were dated and in a very poor state. We had a number of builders; look, talk, submit unrealistic quotes and the whole process was starting to drag. I discovered the 'rated tradesman' web-site and in turn Alex Fritchley was recommended and gave us a quote; it is always difficult to 'best guess' the standard not knowing the individual. We were very lucky as he backed-up his promise of providing a high quality finish. IF YOU LIVE IN WILTSHIRE AND NEED A BUILDER - LOOK NO FURTHER. If this sounds over the top, please do not hesitate to contact me and i will provide photographs of the 'before' and 'after' product.
