Budget Under £2,000

Job Whole ensuite to be removed & fitted. We have already purchased replacement suite (shower/basin/toilet) and tiles. Tiled area 8 sqm. Some replastering and new skirting required where previous shower screen has leaked.

Comment Very punctual, they arrived at 8am every day. Dust sheets were put down straight away daily and used throughout our house. At the end of the day they cleaned up so much that you would struggle to know that builders had been there. As a homeowner this is really appreciated. The work they carried out was to a very high standard, they created exactly what we wanted and more. Jan and family are very friendly, polite and trustworthy. We would recommend them and will use them again. Louise

Job Having a shower cubicle where the tiles leak - house builder fitted wrong tiles. Want to get it re-tiled with new tiles. The cubicle is a standard shower size - neighbour may also need the same job doing!

Job A Wall needs to be knocked down as the toilet is seperate from bathroom we need a new bathroom suite fitted and a quadrant shower cubicle fitted with tiling to finish

Comment If you need any plumbing or instllation work SM Bathroom Installations are the one to choose. We had our bathroom and toilet knocked into one and a new shower and bathroom suite installed and the whole room tiled. We agreed what was to be done a time scale and price and although we added a few extra things Stewart kept to the price finished on time worked extreemley clean and tidyand did a top quality job. Stewart is frendly and easy to work with. We are so pleased with his work we have asked for a quote for our kitchen to be re fitted by him, cant say more than that. Thanks for all you did Stu. Job I need the bath,wc and sink replacing (already purchased) and existing tiles removing and re tiled and some new lights putting in the ceiling, this is only a small bathroom

Comment We had a complete bathroom refit,they turned up early and on time every morning and worked straight through. Both were pleasent and professional and did a lovely job. They did a couple of extra bits for us, no problem. Bathroom was completed in 4 days and it's been in 3 days now and have had no problems. Would use them again. jane
