"Appalling quality of brick laying. Bricks on neighbour's side of wall completely lost bond pattern to the extent of having many bricks in 2 courses with no overlap of joints. Wall leant allarmingly at 4 foot stage (telling your customer they don't know how to use a plumb line really does not help). Claiming to have reached 6 foot when measured height was 5 foot was simply farcical. Have now demolished wall and paid another builder to build it properly. Fortunately the mortar crumbled making demolition very easy. "
