Description an area of 4.2m by 2.4m to be paved over by slabs,size 600mm by 600mm. the area which is between the rear of the house & the garden is on a slope,so a step or steps may be needed, so as to keep the area level. the area is covered by small loose stones,bricks,& old slabs. also one broken slab about 900mm by 50mm to be replaced. also,there are two concrete sills to be rpaired.there is a crack in the kitchen sill & an upstairs bedroom sill has a crack at one end & a piece missing from the other end, also, all outside window frames need sealing material applied ie where the wooden frames come in contact with the wall, also sealing material below window frames the house is three bedroomed semidetached.
