The morter is very poor and has erroded in places and needs scraping out (easy) and then repointing using red sand to match. The job is in my neighbour's passage and so clean working will be essential.
First class honest professional tradesman.

I have a chimney that needs repair and re-pointing. The top 3 or 4 courses probably need rebuilding and the chimney is away from the house walls, (surrounded by tiles) so I am assuming scaffolding would be required . I am looking to have the work done reasonably quickly and the chimney is a flue to a solid fuel AGA
A very tidy job by a professional. I can recommend JP Construction without hestitation and I would use them again,

Very good price and value for money. Will be using them again when I need another job doing. 10 out of 10. I wish all where as good as this.

Semi Detached house for repointing, internally 2 walls need building and 2 doorways moved. Also removal of an internal chimney breast
The guys were very respectful of both property and time. I had a couple of internal walls blocked up and a few new doorways added so the kitchen could be moved into the dining room (12 sqm). A conservatory was added and also a full repoint, gutter sofits and facias. The workmanship was excellent (especially the brickwork in the conservatory that is inward facing), all problems solved and I was kept up to date of all issues on-going. One unknown problem was the sate of reparir for the existing plaster. Mark found a very reasonable quote, immediate resolution so not to cause delays and very high quality work. I would highly recommend the builders and be happy to speak to anyone who is unsure as I was when selecting people to complete works.

I have a terraced house with a tiny courtyard garden, around 24 feet long, 14 feet wide, with kitchen and outhouse protruding into one side. Looking for quotes for 6ft high wall, on both sides and back (maximum = 24 + 14 + 14ish = 52 to 54 feet in length, including wooden gate - which I already have). Wall to be red brick to roughly match house.
