Budget Under £100

Job We have water getting in and there's a stain on the interior wall, looks like the pointing on the exterior wall has disintegrated due to the amount of rain we've been having. Timing: ASAP

Comment This job took place on the exterior wall of the house, but they managed to completely coat the inside with that awful masonry dust that gets everywhere. If I had known in advance, I would have ensured their power supply came from outside and at least covered and prepared surfaces and areas. Everything from carpets to clothing to books were absolutely coated in this awful dust and it took a professional cleaner, after my initial clean, to bring the house back to resemble how it was before the work started. Budget Under £100

Job This is not a massive job, but evidently requires someone with the skills to execute! The flower bed runs along the bottom left corner of a basement patio. The flower bed is set 39cm from the dividing walls, allowing plants to grow within this space. The flower bed wall is a single brick in depth. The tallest part of the flower bed wall is 40cm in height. The whole flower bed wall totals 388cm in length (246cm and 142 cm around the corner). We have a small amount of bricks that could be used for the top layer of the flower bed wall, but we would probably need additional bricks to complete this job, as this is currently a makeshift wall with no Mortar! This was a job that was started by the Landlord but never finished; however we were given the go ahead after moving in, to pay for it to be finished. I imagine for a tradesman this would be a straight forward job, but Im quite keen to get this done so a realistic quote would be appreciated. Many thanks, Nathan

Job 3-4 metre length of wall bricks & possibly tiles (to match walkway to front door) to be used

Comment Great job - responded swiftly to my advert, came round in the snow and then did the work on a cold foggy day. Wall looks as we planned it and cost as quote. Took shoes off every time they came into the house without being asked (it was an outside job). Would recommend. Judith
