Budget Under £4,000

Job I have a 60 foot frontage that includes two gate openings (each 10 foot across) I want the existing brick wall knocked down and a new wall built so that I have two 11-'6" openings for the gates. The basic height of the wall is 2'-6" (approx 37') plus the four pillars either sides of the gates at about 3'-6" I'd like the wall at the entrances into the gates to be slightly curved, inwards and upwards to meet the pillars so I expect the footings may have to be adapted. Since I'm having new gates made as well I'd like the overall cost ( wall gates ) to be less than �4000 so I am really looking to see if this can be done for �2K-�3K including supply of the bricks.
