Comment We were initially going to use another Tradesman we spoke to via Rated People who supplied us with a quote but he never turned up to do the work on the agreed day therefore we spoke to this Tradesman and we are glad we did as he was very professional and turned up at the agreed time and day and did an excellent job for us. steph

Job we have a wall down the side of the garden that is next to block paving that is being replaced anyway,we would like the wall made higher to match the rest of the side access and staggered down,probably no more than a 20 ft run,also a window bricked up in the bathroom, need it done asap.

Comment After adding some jobs to the original quote we ended up having the replacement wall in a different style than we wanted in the first place but this was no trouble for Lee as he priced the extra materials, we ended up having a wall knocked down and replaced, a bathroom window bricked up and the damp proof course re pointed and we are very happy with his work and probably the best tradesman we have had round to our house doing jobs since we moved here earlier in the year.Overall all the finishes on the jobs we required are better than we expected and its nice to have someone doing work that they take care in and dont just rush it and grab your money so for that i cant rate the work high enough.I was kept informed throughout prior to the job about dates and payment schedules and everything worked spot on with no questions needed from my point of view so overall if you want quality workmanship at a great price and a top bloke to do it for you who cleans all there mess up and leaves it how they found it then Lee Charles Landscapes are the company for you, we hope to get Lee back next year to do some mork for us and would happily let friends and family know about his excellent work. Budget I'm not sure

Job To match as closely as possible existing red brick wall to front of house. This will run along the side of the path for about 10 metres and be approx. 0.5 m high and 9" thick. This is a sloping site. The front wall is only 4" brick and I want this reinforced, probably by Durox or trench blocks laid behind it to avoid the earth being banked up on the brick face.

Comment I can't fault what Jed and Brian have done. In about 3 days the job has been completed exactly as requested and Jed even added some additional edging material to the wall that makes the finish look really good. Unlike a lot of people I've dealt with they refused to take any money up front as a deposit or for materials supplied until I insisted on at least paying for the bricks. They are both polite, tidy and honest workers who go out of their way to explain what they are doing and make certain it fits in with your plans. I will definitely be asking them back to carry out additional work I have planned for the garden. John
