Brick edging along flower beds.Make good cracked manhole cement and insert manhole cover over water stopcock. Build back step in garden. Slab over concrete path. I want a labour only quote with materials at cost.
Gareth was quick to quote and to start work. Gareth, his brother and father worked on the job and are all good guys and very polite. The walls look great â?? they are double skin, 1 metre high and in total about 9 metres long with 3 brick piers. Gareth thinks ahead to ensure he does not encounter problems, so spent time setting out the bricks before he started. He got my approval at key stages and also gave me good advice on the design. Gareth & co also laid slabs over my existing concrete path, and went to the pains to get the levels right which took great effort as we live on an incline, so built the path levels up. This was something that I did not ask him to cost for, but it looks great. There was a problem with some of the slabs not holding to the cement and Gareth was happy to sort. He also build a really cool step from the back patios doors and built boxing around a waste pipe. All work looks great and makes my house look wonderful. The work too longer than expected, but as it was a fixed price, this was not an issue for me â?? Gareth is a perfectionist. To Garethâ??s credit, at no time did I feel like he was rushing to finish the job and move on. He kept focused on the quality and takes great pride in his work â?? and rightly so. Great job, definitely recommend [COMPANY NAME].
