Back wall of house needs repointing. There is also the possibility that part of the front wall of the house needs repointing but I will let the tradesman advise me on this.
Reasonably priced, turned up when they said they would, did an excellent job and even cleaned up after themselves. Have recommended them to others and would certainly use them again.

A small amout of mortar between tile and roof, about 1ft long has come out and needs replacing.
I would like to highly recommend Wayne Erfmann (General Builder) following the work his did for me. Communications from Wayne were first class. Wayne was courteous and professional during the whole transaction and knew from my describing the problem, how it should be fixed. The price I paid for the work was within my budget and reasonable. I would not hesitate to use the services of Wayne again and would highly recommend Wayne. I would also use 'Rated People' again.

A number of brick faces (about 100) have blown off the chimney breast with a small number (about 20) from other areas of the house. It looks like it's due to the severe frosts we've had over the last couple of years - some scaffolding may be required to repair the damage to the chimney breast whilst a ladder should be sufficient for other areas some of which are at ground level.
Really pleased with the work they did, so much so I've asked them to quote on a couple of other jobs I need doing. Would definitely recommend!

rear of two story house (with loft) The wall comes out for the kitchen by about two metres. no idea of size, but old victorian style terrace should give you an idea. Whole of the rear wall needs doing
Did the job required and more, did a good job and was easy to work with.

I'm not sure
rebuild, repoint or plaster external chimney stack
Did a cracking job whilst explaining everything they were going to do and what was exactly the problem. They took pictures of the damaged stack and showed them to me to help explain. Very competative quote and the communication from Chris was spot on. He kept me up to date as to when they would be carrying out the work as well as picking the best day to do the job (dry day). Not only is he a roofer/builder but could easily become a weather man. I would deffinately use them again and already have requested them to carry out other work on my house. If you are looking for a roofer or builder don't look any further, this service was the most reliable and best value i've ever had from any builder. Thanks Guys
