Wall is approximately 2000 bricks. Approx 25ft long x 5.5ft high.

Around the back and side of the chimney in the loft the roof spars are very wet and the roofing felt wet through now drips into bucket in loft
Around 8 weeks ago local roofer capped chimney with slate and overhangs by around 10mm
Put air brick into stack as well.
Hasn't resolved problem
Around 2 years ago chimney breast taken out up to attic level now suspended on steel joist
There doesn't appear to be dampness from inside stack as dry underneath.
Last roofer said he would check flashings , spray silicone on brickwork and check ridge tiles hast returned to job
rebuild garden wall at front of property
Rebuild a garden wall and gate posts approx 10 metres and put in footings and build a dwarf wall approx 6 metres for a conservatory
to semi detached house.Half rendered-needs repainting and rest repointing.Would include repair to chimney stack

- need to cut out brickwork under a window to put french doors in one small window and in place of a bigger window, build 2 pillars 1 1/2 brick wide x 150 cms in height using existing brick to match.
