Hopeful the whole wall does not need to be rebuilt - so, remove capping and loose bricks, repair wall, recap and render (pic 1). Also repair/repoint the stone pillar and fix a concrete ball on top (pic 2 & 3).
Lastly using strong mortar mix repoint gaps in rear garden wall (pic 4)

I own a first floor/top floor flat in shepherds bush and some of the external brick work/cement is loose particularly on one side of the building. I had my gutters cleaned the other day and the gutter cleaner man noticed some loose brick had fallen into the gutters - he suggested getting the pointing re-done in some areas. I would be keen for someone to come and look at my flat asap (preferably this Friday if possible) to give me some advice on what needs repointing and a quote. Many Thanks Leonora
