"originally it was quoted that the job would take 3 days to complete, but amazing the job was completed by 12.30 on the 2nd day. Tony had promised to clean the guttering in the back and replace faulty tiles. when i quizzed him about the tiles, he said he exactly the same make at home and replaced it.quite amazing as i marked the tile and the same tile is still there. He didn't use scafolding which is recommened when doing repointing. the job at the front of the house is poor, you can see where he replaced the mortar, the lines are not flush and he didn't use a grinder to grind out the recommended 10-20 mm gap. No receipt was given to me after the job."
