"Very good all round, both work and organisation, although not being an expert I can only judge the work by what it looks like - which is first class. Shivram was polite and considerate in spite of having to work through extremely cold conditions, and his partner Ruth (who organised scaffolding, access etc.) was very efficient.
Only one very minor grudge - which I should have clarified before accepting the quote, so perhaps I bear some of the responsibility: There are several cables on the wall which was pointed, which he did not reattach after completion. As I say, I should have checked to see if this would be included."
