"I don't know much about building work. I was very worried about how big the job was. He only dealt with external work and made the solution look really simple. It has rained since but I've not noticed the damp patch growing. It actually looks like it's beginning to dry up. He checked all the possibilities that could be causing the damage and sorted them all out plus picked out other weak spots which could cause trouble and fixed them ..... !!! PLUS !!!! he's replaced damaged brickwork to the front of property and made it look like there never was any damage there .... !!! EVER !!!! the bricks match !!!! I can't believe I left it so long thinking it was going to be a big costly job .... I even thought it might be the roof .... he checked that too! So even though I don't know much about building work, I can see that the problem is solved. He's finished off the job very neatly and left no mess .... that was nice too. I forgot to ask his name but very pleased with the work."
