"the actual job was a very big job and i dont think they realised how big or how long it would take them. when they were here they worked very hard, however twice i was let down by them. they were called to another job on the friday and again on the monday so my job lasted into the following week and with the mess of repointing it was the last thing i needed. i believe as time goes on and they get more jobs and more experience of the building trade they will get much better. experience is the key to success and doing what you say your going to do and im sorry but there were a few things that i was promised would be done and they werent done, e.g. a written guarantee for the work, putting back the drain pipe, cleaning of the driveway and back garden and there were a few places where the cement was ground out but new cement was not put back but i didnt realise this until after they'd gone, so although i would trust them to do another job for me next time il make sure they do everything they say they are going to do before they leave the job"
