a very untidy workman,the way he worked had to be seen.instead of moving the mess that was made,he worked over it. only when he had so called finished did he decided to tidyup and by this time it was to dark to see it.luckely a lady said put your rubbish in her hired skip i informed the tradesman that i would pay him the following day after i checked is work.I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TRADESMAN AGAIN..

repoint the front of the house, the top halfs rendered so not a high job
phil turned up same day and quoted a good price, and one of his employees called craig started the work next day.he turned up at 8 a.m prompt. he did the job to a very good standard was always pleasant and left the premises all tidied up. overall a nice job would definately recommend and would certainly use again.

Dwaft Conservatroy Wall - standard 600mm height dwarf wall (brick & Block). Conservatory size 3.8m x 4.8m with one wall full height. Garden Retaining wall - Approx length 6.8m and approx 800mm height.
Did a very good job on my conservatory wall and garden wall. Also built my sisters front wall. Down to earth and cost effective. Sorry I ve only just left feedback. Cheers.

A small group of bricks - six or so - on the upper part of a south facing gable wall appear to have moved out of place. There may be others. I would like to have the whole wall inspected and the necessary work of refixing bricks and pointing quoted for. Access is available from a balcony at first floor level.

Pation area needs a coat of looking at and repointing doing on majority of area (maybe 30+ sq m) and a raised well type pond needs repointing and capping completing (though the pond may need rebuilding due to subsidence and some flags relaying after making good). Needs a viewing to quote.
Good communication, great value quote, started next day and finished on time. Very clean and tidy work and I will never need another brickie. Cannot reccomend highly enough.

Excellent tradesman repaired a structurally deficient wall in danger of collapse and rebuilt to make a solid structurally engineered wall. Besides the expected Quality, Value and Reliability A K Brickwork were organised and tidy as well as fully competent at their trade. I would recommend them for other work and will be using them for future projects.

stone door lintel has cracked
just had my stone lintel replaced, first class job done, so i ask them to lay a new path, and that was first class, plus they clean up and took all the rubbish with them,i would highly recomend them with 5stars, great value for money, thanks

Re-build a small chimney approximately 18inches square x 2 feet high on a bungalow, therefore no scaffolding required, just ladders. Flashing may need replacing to make good stopping rain running into attic. Also check integrity of roof as rain runs down the wall in a small area at the side of the house make repairs if neccesary.
Dave from Benchmark contacted me to arrange to come and quote and duely turned up on time. His price was very reasonable so I decided to go with him. I am glad I did as his quality of work was excellent turning up on time and leaving everywhere clean. I would not hesitate to use Benchmark again or recommend them to anyone.

I require a dwarf wall building for a self build conservatory, width of the conservatory is to be 3m with a projection of 2.5m.
Very Competitive Quote, Work was completed with the minimum of disruption and on time. Very Happy with the finished Job, I would definitly reccomend Mark.
