New wall and footings to front garden required.
Chris provided a very reasonable quote for a job titled: 'New wall and footings to front garden required' but after starting the job, he decided that we did not require new footings. He neglected to mention this to us but when confronted, insisted that we did not need new footings, and if we did want them, he would charge us an additional £120. We parted company at this point. Very disappointing considering that we were very clear about our requirements from the beginning.

I would like to increase the hight of the existing garage wall by 2 row on the one side and 4-5 on the other. Estimated brigcks needed 180. I am OK to provide bricks to make sure they are the same as the existing ones and cement and sand. This is not a bigh job, bricklayer should have low scaffolding.
Andy's quote was very competitive, started the work as scheduled and completed it to a high standard within the timeframe agreed. Very polite and considerate. Would recommend to anyone.
