Need the outside of my house and chimney re-pointed
I wouldn't recommend this guy even though the pointing work he did was ok it was everything else. He broke roof tiles on my extension, twice - the second time he broke tiles while trying to fix the first ones he broke, They put scaffolding on the neighbours property without asking or telling me. Trashed plants in my garden. Broke bricks in the wall doing the work. He also filled my bin with building rubble even though he was paid to take away the waste. He then wouldn't pick up the phone...

Chimney stack needs repointing and sealed and flashing checked. Water is getting in to the roofspace and running down through the ceiling. Mid terraced two storey house
I got a detailed description of what problem with the chimney, and a couple of other things I hadn't noticed. The job was completed quickly and well. And all for a good price. DL building will be the first number I call next time I need something done.

Removal of render back to the brick. Render is currently unstable and breaking up and in danger of bits falling down (some has already landed in the gutter). Please note this is a temporary measure as further work will be carried out in the new year along with other building work (extension over the driveway and attic).
Very prompt with quotes (very competitive ) and then completion. worked hard all day - cleared up well, even as darkness came upon them. i would certainly use them again.

Survey says that dividing wall in loft between mine and neighbour's property has not been built up to roof level and is therefore a risk in case of fire. House is a small two bedroom mid-terrace. I cannot access the loft, so I haven't seen for myself and don't know the size of the job.

Updated : The pillar, red brick, is standard height 13 bricks high. Pse provide bricks; come and see the job for yourself. Original : Build a pillar and join it to the rest of the wall. It will need a foundation to support the pillar. I would like it moved a little over from the original pillar to give me more room to drive through the driveway.

Existing cavity wall tray installed above gable end of 3 m wide conservatory section of this tray allows water to come into wall inside conservatory. scaffolding and ladders required.
Work was carried out in a very professional manner with the site being left clean and tidy. Pointing of the brickwork was to a very high standard. No time wasting and although weather prevented work being performed on one day time was made up by working on a Saturday.

First of all I should say that I've no idea how much this job would cost, so if the budget I've mentioned is too low please disregard the figure, as the website makes you put in a budget amount. In brief, I need a wall built to replace some wooden garage walls with concrete block walls. I have an existing concrete plinth at the side of my house on which a large wooden garage sits. I need to replace this as the wooden walls are getting old. So, I'd like a single skin block wall built to the same dimensions as the current garage, so that I can put the existing wooden roof on to the wall plate of the new block walls.
