Rain Penetration visible on interior walls under Window Sills in rear bedrooms at rear of Bungalow.Occurs only when there is heavy rain.UPVC sills fitted and Thompsons one coat applied to external wall but rain still penetrating
Property has been surveyed but only rendering suggested as a remedy which is not feasible.
Existing pointing shows signs of weather erosion which may be causing this problem
Brickwork and sill replacement work good but trimming work on UPVC poor.Had to do this myself

3 windows 1.5m high x 2.4 m long - 1 window 1.1 m high x 1.3 m long.
two of the wondows on ground floor and two accessible from flat roof. One first floor window ladder access..
Problem wind noise which I believe is coming through gap beneath steel lintel and window frame (mastic sealant probably shrunk0.
Darren Sterrett carried out replacement PVC seals on three windows and repainted corroded lintel.
His price was good. He arrived on time and workmanship very good.

Updated : I would like a quote to rebuild the archway. Original : I have a brick archway with a gate inside it attached to my house. The arch seems to have come away from the house.
