House needs repointing, sills need the old paint and plaster taken off and redone. The house has also been painted from the bottom to a height of about 10 feet and this would ideally be taken off to. There are 3 sides of the house that need to be done.

Main walls: Extensive repointing is needed where mortar joints have failed and eroded and where masonry has weathered excessively to stop any further deterioration and decay. This work will also reduce the risk of rain penetrating the masonry causing damp internally. There is some cracking on the front of the property. We believe this has been caused by old settlement of the building which is not considered progressive of serious and as this appears long-standing, no structural repairs are necessary. Only minor repointing is needed to stop any possible damp penetration.

Hi, I am looking to get a quote for the repointing of my front garden wall which is approximately 6.9metres. It also has 4 columns which I need building up a little bit (approx 16 bricks required per column) and adding a little picket fence which I have seen cheap in B&Q to keep the rubbish coming in from off the main road.
