Unsold Job, Updated Details : Repointing work to exterior wall, it's a single skim brick Victorian terrace in need of a little tlc near a window. I have increased my budget but it's really not a big job it's a small area of degraded pointing. Thankyou Original : small section, about 3tf square, in a victorian terrace needs work. Plaster inside has blown. It's just below the window on the first floor so will need ladders

The Property is a late Victorian terraced house. At first floor level in the shared side entry are several timber beams that run across the passageway. These support a first floor dividing brick wall. One of the beams has split, causing cracking to the brickwork below. The work required will most likely involve removing the damaged timber beam and replacing with steelwork.
When Keith came out to price up the work, the points he raised and questions he asked left me in no doubt he was the man for the job. Punctual, professional & conscientious. No surprise then that the job is done and we're satisfied. Recommended. A++
