The top layer of bricks on my low garden wall are coming loose. The mortar is falling out.
Chris was slightly delayed but phoned me to let me know, which I really appreciated, He then arrived at the new time. He worked solidly all day. The quality of the work was very good. He tidied up well before he left. Highly recommended.

He has done an excellent job to a high standard at a very competitive price and we are delighted with the result. Would definitely recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again.

Masonry is becoming loose across different areas of the wall. Some bricks may need replacing but hopefully not too many. We do have a decent sized stack of bricks which may be suitable, in addition to one or two new bricks. A 2m square section has bowed slightly and may need some adjustment or reconstruction. We also require a little bit of work and replacement on some of the brick steps up to the house.
Happy with the job that WP Installations have done. The price is about what I wanted to pay, and was fair. There were odd bits that might have needed going over or had been missed but upon explaining what i wanted or had been missed, Wayne just said "yes, no problem" each time without argument and got on with it. I would use them again, and recommend their services no problem.

I have a 7 year old house. The builders did a poor job in a few areas and it needs some repointing work done. I had the NHBCC out but they said it was too small to make a claim. I need to make it tidy as I am on the market. A ladder will be needed. There are only a few areas.
Accolade were quick to contact me, very competitive on their quote and completed the work within a week of my posting the advert. I am very happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

A wall in the outbuilding connected to house requires complete repointing as most has just come away. In some parts it is just sand between the bricks. The rear of the house also requires some repointing, particularly at ground level, although some pointing at first floor level is also poor. I would estimate the size of the wall in the outbuilding to be 3m x 3m. The width of the rear wall is approximately 9m.
