We agreed a date for the work, and he gave me a courtesy call one week before to make sure it was still a convenient date for me. The work was completed quickly on the arranged date, to a very satisfactory standard, and the site left clean and tidy. I found Mr Glover knowledgeable and courteous, as well as a hard worker.
