We have a 1940's semi where the pointing between the cement gutter and the roof/wall has fallen into disrepair. There is also a few tiers of brickwork below hat needs looking at. We believe this causing damp in our second bedroom. Timing: ASAP

Short section of garden wall (<1m) needs to be rebuilt with a pier at the end. Was dismantled for extension, bricks kept and cleaned. Most materials on site.
Friendly, helpful, polite and honest. The guys turned up when they said they would (in spite of dreadful weather), did what was asked to a high standard, and even went the extra mile by redoing a modest amount of work to compensate for another trade's mistake.

Due to ground movement I need the top layer of a wall (2 or 3 metres) replacing, and also the top three rows of a set of steps up to the garden need rebuilding.
Matt and Andy turned up on the agreed date to repair/re-lay some steps and a wall, and did a professional job in good time, leaving the site tidy. They were efficient and polite and I would use them again.

Current wall needs to be taken down. There is a tree/shrub growing up in middle of double skin and is pushing the wall each side. One side backs onto a footpath so wall is possibly in danger of falling.
Wall job not yet complete but have now used Sam for a few other minor jobs and so far we are very impressed. Sam is very professional and reliable and well-priced. I will definately use them again and will certainly recommend him to others.

There is a vertical crack in running between the lower and upper floor in our house on the external wall that appears to be due to some movement between the main building (circa 1895) and an extention (circa 1940). We would want this made right. Further to this, it would appear that there is little or no support above a double glazed window thay was fitted around 10-15 years ago, this has resulted in some warping of the wall and a horizontal crack. It is likely that this part of the wall will need to be removed and rebuilt with a supporting lintel.
