Chimnies need inspecting and pointing externally Brick slippage above bathroom window needs replacing with L lintel and rebuilding and finish render to face level approx 1 metre wide left window from slate line 3 ft and 18inch on right of eves ( they are approx heights from top of window to apex of roof) The firewall capping need recementing and proofing with a water proof agent to stop the ingress of damp to bathroom ceiling.

There is a slippage of bricks which act as a lintel above the back windown, this is within 18' of the slate line right window & 3ft left . I guess it needs a an L shape lintel an building back up, the area would then need skimming with cement back to the face material. The window is approx 1metre wide. Two chiminies need inspecting and repointing as required The firewalls to the roof needs recovering and proofing to make it impervious to water. 2JOur budget is < £2000
