"Quality: Excellent quality, obviously knows what he's doing incl DPM in all the right places, he even fitted the roof (with help from a friend) with no leaks or problems. Brickwoork 100%, Mike his labourer was also 100%, both were trustworthy and I would leave them in my house whilst we werent there. Value: Good value for money, he had to travel quite a few miles each day to get to and from my house, which was all included in his day rate. Charged extra when he brought extra men for different jobs (roof mainly) but this was expected. Reliability: Pretty good, typical builder but overall no complains. I would use again."
