need a single storey extension that will incorporate a bedroom and bathroom
I hired Paul to add the extension and was told it would take 6-8 weeks to complete. I was sceptical at this as others stated it would take 12-14 weeks. However, it has taken 7 weeks, not only to complete the extension but to renovate the garage, and mono block my drive. Paul's team have been very professional from day one. They have turned up on time, cleaned up their mess, been friendly, trustworthy, hard working and polite. They've also done a great job. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

We want to utilise the loft space as best we can to add bedroom and ensuite facilities, etc, to our current accommodation. We would also like some sort of storage space and dependent on the price are considering extending the living space on the ground level too. We are right at the beginning of this project and need to discuss and have plans drawn up so that we can apply for planning permission. We would at least like to add 2 additional bedrooms with en-suite facilities but dependent on the price are considering also extending the kitchen area to incorporate a living area which may be able to have an additional bedroom above. The property is a docherty built detached bungalow which has two double bedrooms, large lounge, bathroom and extended kitchen which incorporated the small kitchen and third smaller bedroom. The house has a neighbouring house on the right and to the rear and has a pathway to the left. There is a brick built garage which we would consider moving, demolishing or incorporating within the extension.
