We need a loft conversion as well as adding of a downstairs toilet, replacing the back 'conservatory' with a 'real' room, restructuring the kitchen to go along back of the house, possible velux windows in new room plus moving the back door and changing the boundary fencing and garden! Not much really!

Create new 1.7m wide opening in internal loading bearing wall. Install box lintel and padstones.
