Extremely happy with the extensive extension works that was completed by Wayne and his team at our property. The team of builders completed the job on time and at a very high standard. These guys are true professionals and highly recommended.

A few years ago we had to chop the bannister down because we could not get furniture into our front room, now we would like to put it back Timing: Within 2 weeks
Average terraced victorian house to be reconfigured on ground floor, to make existing rear kitchen/bathroom into living room, with french windows leading to sunny garden; front living room to become dining room, archway leading to kitchen in current dining room. We have friends living in Windsor who have had this arrangement for years, and we really like it!
This website makes it difficult to not quote budget, so take what I state as a budget with a pinch of salt - we would rather discuss the scenario first. Timing: Within 2 months
We live in a victorian terrace in Downend, Bristol. We require a good builder to complete a single story rear extension to create open plan kitchen/diner and utility, shower room. The job also includes completion of a loft conversion to provide additional bedroom and possible ensuite (space permitting). We have already secured planning permission and relevant party wall consent. We have full plans, specification and drawings. We would like to work on a building notice once we have secured a builder and will also provide structural engineer calcs at this point. Please let us know if you are interested in tendering and we can provide full details.
Unsold Job, Updated Details : Circa 1890 Victorian Terraced House with visible vertical crack appearing between the rendered stonework and quoins to the adjoining terrace. The crack is running from above the front door to the roof and getting progressively wider as it approaches the roof to a maximum of circa 1 ½ inches. This defect is now potentially manifesting internally with cracking to plaster to the same party wall at wall and ceiling joints. Original : This is not related to foundations.

Top of garage with loft conversion
Updated : The porch is attached to next door via a roof. So a new wall needs to be erected, to have the porch detached from next door. The existent roof can be used. I appreciate this is not a big job hence the budget quoted. It is difficult for me to describe the job. A builder will be able to do this once he inspects what needs doing. Original : An existent porch needs to be detached from one side and re-erected. New ceiling needed.
