Moving into house end of Jan and it is in need of updating. We need:-
1. Old kitchen removed, an internal wall removed, electrics, plastering, lighting and new Kitchen fitted, supplied by Wickes
2. Old Bathroom removed and new one fitted supplied by Wickes.
3. Old Ensuite removed and new one fitted. Some remedial restructuring. Suite supplied by Wickes.
Please note we will note we will not have keys until end of the month so if the tradesmen can ring me nearer the time, grately appreciated.

Groundfloor single Bay Window Roof new flashing needed and a gutter fitted around single bay to take water to existing side water outlet (cement and flashing at top of bay has come loose and water getting in beind and water dripping onto window sills and puddling on ground). It may be that the tiles on the bay will need to be replaced but they look ok

I would like to remove the kitchen wall to create a kitchen/diner. I have been advised that the wall is load-bearing and an RSJ will be necessary. This area of wall currently has gas, electric and plumbing associated with it so whoever removes the wall will need to be aware of how to deal with this aspect, as well as the demolition and replastering.
Please can interested tradespeople include debris removal in the quote.
The project will then move on to kitchen installation, flooring, painting and decorating etc so I'd be particularly interested to hear from someone who'd be keen to take on further work after the wall demolition.

lift front drive cement and lay new driveway. Size approx 3 metres by 4 metres, tidy front of garage, possibly renewing garage door and side access gate. Some remedial work to lower render below damp course and make good to wall once side access gate has been removed
I need a soundproof stud wall room-within-a-room built at the industrial unit I rent. The approximate dimensions of the room to be built are 3 x 6 x 8m (h x w x l). Construction to be stud wall with RW3 wool and two layers of plasterboard with green glue between. There are two large extra large doorways and two normal doorways to be constructed into the frame.
Following a major fire which destroyed the roof we need a complete replacement roof including ties and timberwork, and attic floor for a loft conversion.
Other works to make the house habitable may follow.
