"We had a very good experience with this building work. If you want some building doing these are the sort of people you should have doing it. They are highly skilled, knowledgeable, and price competitive, offering real value for money work. We selected them based on the quality and detail of their estimation and on their prior ratings here on this site. Their quote was not the least expensive but we felt it was the most forthright and honest appraisal of the amount of work we wanted to do. We needed a new extension on the ground floor, an elevated conservatory on top of that, replacement of a roof and extra windows to help create a large balcony and balustrade. There were some complicated pieces involved, and significant engineering, including foundations and changes to the roof line. The speed with which the job was done was great, especially in comparison with other jobs in the neighbourhood. The team was excellent and worked very well together. The site project manager was very experienced in a number of trades and good at managing work. The crew was polite, non-intrusive and pleasant. We were impressed by their attention to detail and the quality of the product they made for us, and by their refusal to take short cuts even when we were prepared to do so. It helped a great deal that they had most skills in house including qualified electricians who transformed our outdated installation. They were a proactive group of people who clearly knew what they were doing. We are very pleased that they worked with us to make our vision for our house come true. The company owner showed integrity and sincerity throughout our build, and we wish him and his team the best for the future."
