The job has two main components, the first is to remove an internal wall (4 inches thick) between the lounge and dining room. The length of the wall we would like removed is apx 2.5m. The second main part of the job is to remove part of an external wall from the dining room to the garden, where we would like sliding doors to be fitted (apx 2m width). Finish off detached garage blockwork. We have a part completed, double skinned, tripple garage that is only up to wall plate height. The rafters and roof joists are fitted, the next task is to build the two gable ends. This the first part of a larger project and will lead to other building work on our bungalow. I have blocks/bricks, sand and cement on site. Scaffolding in place.
