I'm looking for a builder to undertake the complete project management from design, through planning and building regs through to and including construction. The job is to convert the loft space in a single garage which adjoins the property into an additional living space to include a small on suite bathroom. The new living space will need to be accessed via the upstairs landing area of the property

We have almost finished the studding and boarding of a two room recording studio. One room fully boarded. I have all the plans and the spec needed, but I'm currently under a physiotherapist so need helpful hands. Just need friendly general builder to cut plaster board straight, fit the inner door frame, put up a 3 by 3 metre block wall, and dry line or plaster the two small rooms, ( 20 foot by 20 foot). I have got all the materials waiting, let's get busy :) Timing: Within 2 days

Convert Dining room and Kitchen into kitchendiner.
Involves knocking down of old external wall into kitchen extension and inserting RSJ. Extension above the RSJ area has no wall but still concrete left - needs to be removed and replaced with Joists.
Digging up scree in kitchen floor to level to dining room level.
Moving plumbing in kitchen for new layout, adding in radiator opposite side of room from pipes via ceiling (concrete Floor). Therefore possibly installing new ceiling in both rooms.
Re plastering and small amount of electrical work.
Removal of old kitchen and installation of new one (already bought) and laying of new laminate flooring throughout (also already bought).
Both rooms measure approx 10 x10 feet.
Also require painting and new coving in both rooms.

garage conversion with building plan
Garage been part converted by previous owners and needs converting properly to meet with Buildings Regulations. The up and over door needs removing and a window matching the rest of the house installing. The floor needs leveling and the walls insulating. The electrics need checking and more sockets adding. The whole room needs re plastering, coving and skirting board. We want also like a hutch cut through to the kitchen. The room is going to be used as a second sitting room/playroom.
