garage conversion into a room, with w/c area added, change door to window
currently an integral garage, will need floor raising and walls and ceilings plasterboarding, as well as gas and elec stuff boxing in
Steve and his subcontractors worked extremely hard on the garage conversion and the end result was brilliant. They struggled through the snow and ice and did the best they could with such extreme weather conditions. They were very respectful and cleared up any mess, I sometimes forgot they were in the house.Laura
Project includes side (over garage) and second floor extension; internal building work.
This company walked away from our building project, unfinished, after 9 months. The cost of completing the work will mean we are out of pocket after making stage payments to them which have turned out to be more than the cost of the remaining work. Extremely poor project management and poor communication. We have now had three people on our doorstep telling us a similar story, and other tradesmen that are owed money by this company.Nana
Need a new bath panel to be supplied and fitted. Panel must be wooden.
Mark was brilliant when quoting for the work to be done. David carried out the work and was polite and efficient. He also cleaned up after finishing the job. I can't recommend this Company enough.Jan

Unsold Job, Updated Details : Job: removal of 2800mm of internal wall (I don't think insertion of a RSJ is needed, but if it is then the cost will obviously reflect this). A radiator (standard depth and height) 800mm long will need to be disconnected as this currently is against the wall that we want removed. Replastering/making good where necessary. An internal door (standard size) of an adjoining wall will be no longer needed so this needs to be removed and stud work carried out in its place - and again, replastering/making good as needed.
That's it. Not an urgent job, but just as soon as it can be done. Original : We need to knock down a wall in order to create a kitchen diner (not sure yet if a RSJ will be needed) and the resulting space making good. Also an internal door needs removing and brickwork will need to be done in order to fill the space. Would also be interested in a quote for fitting the small (approx 5 x 5m) Wickes kitchen that we are about to order; the plans will be created by Wickes.
