Rebuild a detatched double garage using single skin block construction with a pitched roof made from corrugated fibre cement sheeting. The garage will be rendered externally with a metal up and over door to the front. No other doors or windows are required.
External dimensions are to be approx: 5.5m wide x 7m deep with a 4.2m opening for the door. Side wall height of 2.5m rising to ~3.5m at the pitch of the roof.
This is to replace an existing garage of the same dimensions, also built with blocks and with an asbestos roof. Please also quote for demolition of the existing building, separately if possible, if you can also provide that service.

Full architectural and structural drawings available, and planning permission obtained. Drawings are currently with LABC for approval. A scoping document will also be provided to anyone that quotes.
Ideally, the work should start from Jan/Feb 2012, or as soon as LABC approval has been obtained.
