"In a bid to engage local builders to start my first mini project on the garage and the failure to find anyone relaible locally, I resorted to the internet and stumbled upon the Rated People website. After registering my details, the builder contacted me soon after I posted a job for construction of a garage and workshop. We arranged a time to meet that same weekend for arrangement of a quote for the work. I received a written quote detailing the work to be carried out after requesting this from the builder. The quote was quite competitive and despite his zero rating did not discourage me from engaging him. Work started as scheduled and was completed within the time frame. The builder was friendly and professional throughout. The builder kept me informed of the progress of the build and was quite flexible with changes I recommended to the original plan. The builder kept a good rapport with my neighbours who were full of praises for him. In concluding, a first class service received and highly recommend this builder for any job - big or small. "

"I cannot recommend Dean(HAB) highly enough. The quote was delivered when promised and when a date was set he was there on time on the day. The standard of work is fantastic and as well doing the building job he even completed a few minor jobs without charging whilst paint dried etc. The standard of finish is first class and the work was completed on time.I have even asked for a couple of quotes for more work as builders like this are hard to find. If you need work done, dont hesitate to contact Dean !"
