"As stated on a previous rating, dont be put off by Matts youthful looks.
We had many builders attend our address to give quotes for this work but very few replied,mainly due to the difficult access for materials to the rear of our property.
This did not deter Matt, he hired the appropriate equiptment and within two days over 11tons of materials ,tiles, bricks, slabs, sand, hardcore, posts, were moved from the front to the rear of our house.
The qoute Matt gave was very competetive, hence he got the job. The work carried out is of the highest standard, the brickwork is perfect. The patio area was very time consumimg as there was a lot of cutting involved, however the finsished result is excellent.
The site was always kept tidy, Matt kept us fully updated with the progress. Matts workforce were always polite, nothing was too much trouble.
I will be using Matt again in the future, I would recommend him to friends and family.
