Remove existing plaster. Dot and dab new 12 mm paperboard and overboard ceiling and to fit loft hatch. This is in one bedroom approx 330*405 250 high. The loft hatch will be provided. All waste including skirting board and architrave to be disposed of. We are also looking to refit our bathroom which would include removing the plaster and a complete remodel. To include changing the waste pipe and install a walking shower floor to ceiling tiling with under floor heating. The bathroom equipment will be provided as will the tiles upon advice to quantity.
Excellent work. Well planned and organised. Really nice bunch of trustworthy chaps! Matt came when he said he would and on time too. Would definately use again.

Fantastic service, very pleased with the way Sean went about his work, job took 3 weeks from start to finish, no money was given in advance, payed in stages at the end of each working week only for completed work and he even left 10% of the 1st 2 payments as sucurity for us, the conservatory is just what i wanted, thank you to Pro-build

We need to make the downstairs compatible for an elderly lady confined to a wheelchair. This will include fitting a new bathroom and completely replacing the kitchen and possibly extending the kitchen into part of the garage. We also need to replace the garage roof to a flat roof-at present it is sloping plastc similar to a conservatory roof. We do not know if we need planning permission and would welcome advice.
In difficult circumstances following the discharge of an elderly person from hospital, Mr Cooper and his team from HAB Builders, transformed the downstairs of our mother's house promptly, efficiently and problem free. Their advice in planning was extremely helpful with meticulous attention paid to the needs of our mother. I cannot thank them enough for their excellent workmanship and personal attention to every detail. I fully recommend their services which we will be using again in the near future.

I've listed this as a cellar/basement conversion as it will require retaining walls, but it is really more of an extension. My house is built into the side of a hill and as such you can walk into the front door (where the kitchen and garage are) and go up the stairs to the living room where you can walk out into the back garden. What i require is a doorway cut into the rear wall on the ground floor and the space behind to be converted into two rooms by installing retaining walls where neccessary. Also i would like the garage to be converted into another room - this will require a doorway being knocked through under the stairs and the garage door being bricked up (with window).

As a result of a recent extension, our window into the kitchen was blocked up. To enable more light to come into the room, we need to enlarge a small window which used to belong to a small toilet before the walls were taken down and the toilet removed. The repair work to the inner bricks was not finished after the removal of the walls, so needs to be finished off.
