"Took on job though it was too small for them hence promised the earth & failed to deliver all they promised. Work at first glance looks good & past completion inspection for which I had to chase up when they said they would do it.
Defects include plasterboard ceiling at an angle, not level, Plasterboard covering RSJ not square angles, spot light bulbs keep blowing, utility room roof leaks under heavy rain, joint from mains water supply starting leaking, no room left when they refitted exterior door for floor covering other than lino (less now we've had to have the floor levelled), had to have someone in to level & finish floor, supplied wrong size worktops so planned breakfast bar with the offcut never happened. Won't answer our calls when he see's our number come up on his mobile but answers when we use home phone (unknown caller id shows).
He knows his work & the subcontactors are good but we've been left dissapointed & having to put things right at our own expense. "
