Canopy over the front door needs repairing. It is on a 1960's house & is a plain rectangle shape. It measures approx 2 metres x 1 metre x 15cm deep. Not sure what it is made from internally but wooden fascia boards are rotten & underneath is sagging. It is my mother's house so I am doing this search for her - my email address but her phone number.
Phoned to make an appointment with my elderly mother but didn't turn up or phone to explain.
Need a garage converted to a Utility with insulation in walls, ceiling and floor. The job briefly includes
1. Install and connect w.c/ toilet to existing sewage system situated just outside garage
2. Raise garage floor incorporating damp proof membrane and insulation
3. Insulate and board ceiling
4. Create partition wall between newly built utility and existing garage area with new door and frame
5. Insulate walls and plaster the wall boards
6. plaster board /stud wall/ door to toilet within utility.
7. Run cold water supply and electric to new toilet
The garage has existing electric supply and cold water supply.
The garage is a pentagon shape, and the new utility will be roughly 10ft by 8ft size (negotiable)
All rubbish needs to be removed
Job needs to be completed to an acceptable standard to my satisfaction, and the whole new utility should be ready to use after completion of job.
Excellent value, good finishing. Will recommend.
The wall is around 6 1/2 foot height and 2 1/2 foot wide. To knock it down (where currently is a small window) and convert to a door to go to the extension.
Nothing but postive and recommended remarks about Daryl and his team. He had visited several times upon request for additional quotes.
The wall was knocked down and custom sized door was installed within the same day. Very happy with the work and have found a builder for life. Fully recommended to others!
