"Would probably have been more suited to a small job - as some of his own work was good. But most of the 'trades' were done by 3rd parties - with no real quality control. Project finished 6 weeks late and got into dispute about snagging and how he 'underpriced' the job - which I should now pay for. Cleanliness was not a strong point, and seemed to have got himself into financial difficulties. Not a good experience - even if he did seem a nice guy for the most part."
