We are looking for a competent & trustworthy company to undertake some work on our 1930s 2 bed terraced house consisting of a small single storey extension for new kitchen, removal of internal load bearing wall, groundwork for patio, rewire.
Extension: 2.4m x 1.0m to side of single storey flat roof. Replace flat roof (4.5m x 2.4m). Party wall agreement has been obtained. Internal Wall: remove 3.4m (w) x 2.5m (h) x 0.3m (d) to be supported with RSJ. Patio: Concrete base, approx 3.6m x 4.5m x 0.2m. Additional work to replace lead water main with poly, install external stop-cock, move soil pipe & raise drain cover. Rewire: whole propertt. Downstairs ceilings will be exposed, skirting removed, loft emptied and access under suspended ground floor.

Making an outdoor pool a foundation based wooden structure framed building.
Damp and mould in built in cupboard in bedroom of ground floor flat. Could be ventilation and needing air bricks or could be breach of cavity wall outside, but suspect ventilation. I am a landlord with property being rented by tenants. Need to meet with builder at the property 10am this Saturday morning to suss out cause and remedy. Flat recently refurbished.

Archway as wide as possible, current wall is 3600mm, height 2500mm. No sockets, other than 1 light switch in existing wall. Original : Instal double, slidding, doors in load-bearing wall
We are looking at removing a couple of internal walls from our kitchen and putting a supporting beam in in order to open up the room. (there is currently a small office/utility room in place)
I have plans drawn up from our structutal engineer which we are happy with.
There is a small amout of work required to re route some pipes and make good walls, floors, move raditator etc.
