"Technocrates started constructing our new 1st floor extension (extending bedroom and creating en-suite) some 2 weeks ago. Todate I have been very impressed - the workforce are friendly, efficient and workmanship is second to none. In the past we have experienced some unpleasant situations with builders, therefore I am still holding my breath, but todate they have been brilliant - long may it last. Nabel runs a very professional service and we are kept up todate via texts, which has proved very beneficial. Hopefully when I update later the story will still be the same! Can't wait to get home and see what progress they've made today."
